different wheel face size

so some of you might be aware of that im trying to rebuild my lorinsers.
But im kinda in a situation where i found out that my front wheel face is slightly bigger than rears.
Rears measure 420mm and fronts 450mm
all the bolt holes and inside diameter is the same

Now the question is can fronts be machined to the same size? i assume they can since its basically the same rim anyways.

Has any of you been in this situation before?
and i dont even know where to take it and what to say? is it done on lathe?
