Scammer on CL

Alright, so this guy owns a Black G35 sedan. He mentions on G35 driver that he wants "looking toward more into the vip category" So I know he's either on here or soon to be.

Anyways, he went back on a deal and retracted $3000 from paypal. This is is 3rd time scamming people. No offense (that's a lie) to Club Lexus, but they have all these rules to stop scamming. BUT THEY DON'T WORK. Just proving how stupid their power trip is.

The vip crowd does not support assholes like this so if you see him post on here flag it down so he can get the boot and not screw anyone else.

seller was a litle dumb cause the guy that pmed him wasnt on the forums. either he texted him or just signed up with 0 posts and pmed.

Yes, seller didn't execute the sale like he should have.

BUT the guy does have posts and has been a member on CL for a while. (not anymore though)

^Still tho, so much for paypal protection... but something in the cl story is missing tho, unless it's really "all bets off" once he received the money as "gift." But I gotta say that me & another forum member on here whom I trust, have done transactions as "gifts" but paypal caught on & deducted fees the last time we did it anyways... I dont know if it's cuz we've done it before or because it was a larger amount that then past (first "gift" was a little over $700 & then over $1500) but they wanted their fees anyways...

yea he worded that poorly or completely wrong, I can't recall.

You always pay the fee, there is no way around that.

I dont use paypal for this very reason.

Paypal wanted me to refund on a LV purse that I sold, lady wore it for a month then did the scam i sold her a fake bag bs. Paypal made me refund her so i closed the bank account and they had to come out of pocket and i got the purse back smelling like sushi! fuckin ho ass bitch. I found out paypal would get a fee from it all, so of course they favored whom ever.  And dealing with their department is gay as it gets. No phone number, all fax and email.

we have a paypal rep who we have phone contact with, and we still get the runaround sometimes. but they have gone either way with cases, so i don't really see that paypal favors the buyer/seller crap anymore, just whoever they can make money off of.

wrd paypal sucks, since they don't go case by case and rather just off a system, so a lot of these legit cases get fucked/screwed

gotta know all the paypal policies and how paypal operates so you dont get fucked. ive had chargebacks done against me (scams/whatever) and i always win.

if you send money as a gift you cant really expect paypal to give a shit if a guy complains "he took my birthday present back :("
