Since the Japan Trip got cancelled I'll be there for sure !!!

so i registered, and i had my friend register as well.  we put vipstylecars as the crew, but paid the 25$ just in case.  im still not sure if there was actual registration/acceptance or not, but my roomate registered without getting an "approval" email...mike, can you confirm if this is okay?
