W140 operation clean up

Buddy of mine wanted to get a few things done while he was away on vacation to his newly acquired 96 S320 SO this be it:
new valve cover gasket set including grommets
new spark plugs
new serp belt, pulley, dampener
K&N air filter
Refurbish the plastics, soon to do all engine bay
and refinish valve cover and hardware

i made the valve cover have a different texture and appearance to set off a newer benz look
