black wood grain trim?

what is your favorite looking black woodgrain pattern for interior trim?

also, does anyone have any good close-up shots of the black wood grain in a y34??

This isn't my car, but I think its called Smoke'd Birds Eye Maple. I have the Ntural Bird-Eye

I dig it! That would look great against the black interior. Im not sure if I'd attempt to match this with the tan leather.  Keep us posted on the progress

I think Acura uses that alot don't they?  May help in color matching.
 
I love my birdseye maple though.

thats the thing. my M does have the tan/black interior....although i still think it would look better since there is still black. i just think the brown woodgrain sticks out too much. lol

yeah i saw that thread yesterday. so if his interior doesnt look bad with solid black trim, i know mine wont look bad at all. :biggthumpup: just need to get some accurate measurements of each piece to figure out how much its gonna cost me.

I am doing water transfer on my Jaguar tables.  That would be the way to go on the interior parts.

wow that looks awesome! that is one of the patterns they can do as well but i think i like the bird's eye pattern a tad more :)
