FS: 1999 Infiniti Q45 - Black/Black - $5000

I've been on the fence for so long...I was looking at suspension for it and thinking about putting an LSx in it but ended up buying a newer Q so this has to go.
1999 Infiniti Q45t, Black on Black, 199k miles and running strong (recent compression test/leakdown conifrms this). Located in Bowling Green, KY.

Good - Paint is in pretty good shape considering the age, but has a few spots, interior is almost perfect, JDM grille, JDM Hood ornament, Espelir lowering springs, adjustable shocks (factory two way), S14 Circuit Sports Rear Upper Arms and Toe rods, new tires (maybe 5k on them), replaced both HID bulbs last week, all lights everywhere are working, all interior options work including heated seats, automated rear sun visor, CD Changer, trunk closing mechanism, headlight leveler, new radiator, new front rotors/pads (last week). Also, just replaced all the coils (5 new, 3 from low mileage junkyard engine) so you wont' have to worry about that anytime soon.

Bad - High miles (199k, but engine is sound), two rust spots on trunk lid (bubbling paint), Knock sensors need replacing (not really, but they're bad and I have two replacements which I will include), Valve covers are leaking oil now and again, but there are no leaks to the ground...just smell it every so often when a drop hits the exhaust.
That's about it....really is a solid car. Wish I had the room and money to keep it. Just took it to Florida and back two weeks ago!!

Price:
Asking $5000 Will include ABS S14 spindles/hubs if asking price is met for changing to S chassis suspension.

Interior:
A and C pillars have been covered in black suede...didn't get around to the B pillar, but would not be difficult. Again, every single thing works inside...almost like new. Only flaw is the driver side floor mat...easily replaceable. Rear sunshade is automatic and works perfectly and it has the dark wood, not the ugly light wood that came in the following years (IMO). Has ~20% tint. I've only been pulled over once for it and the cop told me it was 15%.

Buying a house...needs monies. Offers?

If the mileage is scaring you...I'd swap in a ~100K or less engine for a small jump in asking price....say $6k. And include the original as a back up or for parts.
