That doesnt seem to be "glow," those are lights & I've seen that done on here before... I thnk on a Euro.

That 7 looked pretty ill. Was a combination of things though. And definitely not mere phosphorescent paint.

A friend of mine got his Wedsports painted fluorescent yellow and I got him some glow additive. It's kind of neat, a bit hard to get it to glow a lot though.
