Yes, it's illegal in the US. There's homebrew kits that are legal and you can import the bottles themselves as bottles... but they're supposed to be empty.

haha, hows this for funny... I was in Prague and i bought a small bottle to try it... But then i freaked out thinking i might have a bad trip or something (didnt want to ruin my holiday), and i was going to Singapore after that and i didnt want to get executed for 'illegal drugs'... 

So i went to the post office and mailed it to myself back in australia (with appropriate packing etc). I figured it would get confiscated, but at least i tried...

So i get home and... Lo and behold,  the parcel was waiting for me! Its in my living room now, waiting for the right time ;)

I've yet to try some, it's legal here though

There are some regulations in other provinces, I'm not sure what they are for Manitoba, but I saw it on the shelf on my way into the Liquor Mart

Well I am 19 and ordered it from Prauge Czch Republic. They didnt ask my age. This kind was very strong. I saw some wierd stuff but it wasnt as bad as schrooms

doesnt it just have a bit of THC in it?  is it legal throughout canada or just certain parts?  it'd be a nice suprise if i went up to montreal and found some.
