NEED HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have a 03 lexus Gs 430 and i need help. so when im at a stop and trun my wheel it makes a clicking and crunching sound and it sometimes happens when im taking a turn too hope someone can help.

You already checked your power steering fluids...? Mine made a nasty sound once when the fluid level was too low:shrug:
