19x9+10 19x10+10 Work Schwert SC2

Picked up these wheels a while back from Ron (urmyhero4now) 

Specs are

5X114.3

19x9+10 A disk will not clear bbk 215/35/19 (same federal when i bought it) front right tire has scratches from previous owner from rubbing on the fender, still okay to drive
19x10+10 225/35/19 Sunny tire (fairly new)

minor scratches here and there from daily driving,  nothing serious!

ill be getting the lips repolished this week when i have time

what sizes are the lips?? and what type of disc?

lips for fronts are like 3.5 O disk and rears almost 4.25 A disk i think...
