**Insane Stance & Offset UCF10 Project!**

I bought this car with some 18" Rays Victrix and some heated springs and some F*cked up interior, so I have slowly started to get this thing back to where it needs to be and making it worthy.

I trade the Victrix's for the TE37's straight up....TE's had new tires and victrix didnt....I just got the TE's to sell em

I work at Phantasm Motorsports in Raleigh, NC but the muffler was installed at Bobs Muffler in Garner,NC

the old dirty octopus. the dish wheels were more fitting for the 10 imo. classic is the way to go on these.

The Rims and the Exhaust look sexy on this car. It does make the car look less older. I remember seeing those pink wheels on the IS350 on the way to IA in ATL.

I cried at first with the pink wheels but you brought me back with the new works, quads look very at home on this beast and i bet she sounds nice too.

dont worry about the grill it will always catch flak from some (I used to have an imperi myself) but i think it looks very distinctive and really makes the front pop.

The grille...is what makes the front looks awesome to me, only thing I dislike is people thinking my car is an old Mercedes HAHAHA
 
Whats next?!? I have my D2 Short Body Coilovers on right now, and I am awaiting the arrival of my D2 Air Bags...I have the Compressor and Control and Switches already...But after that, Im gonna do something pretty dope to the front...but other than that, just fix the little things that need fixing on it

word, i didn't so much mean that particular typical dish wheel but something classic or period correct. imo these cars take certain looks better than others.

Offsets are pretty weak right now cause Im tucking rim

Front: 19x9.5 +23 (I Run 15mm spacers, but dont have em on right now)
Rear : 19x10.5 +21 (Tucking Rim so I cant really have aggessive camber right now)

Finally Got a hold of TMengeering to order my Daizen Front Control Arm Bushings so I can do them while I do my UCF20 Brakes...They were the hardest people to get in contact with because everyone on Daizen's website that are "dealers" really arent anymore... I emailed the 2 Lexus dealerships and they replied saying that had not been a dealer for like 7 years... the other places said they werent dealers anymore either, So I had to order from TMengeering...so ordered and finally will be here tomorrow so I can install my brakes :) and my axles and what not

they are all high temp paint...here is what i used

1st step : sand it with scotch bright pad
2nd step : 3 coats of primer
3rd step : 3 coats of metal speck paint
3th step : 3 coats of clear coat

Why rubber? That stuff "lives" (ie moves) too much, so you can't have your fitment fine tuned precisely... hard or poly bushings is the way to go:shrug:

Any tips on how to get my front that low, I kinda have the same set up. 19x 9.5 +20 up front. Did you drill the tops?

These Bushings are Poly.....hence why I replaced them

I ordered custom short body D2 coilovers...I have not drilled the UCA hole yet...but Im going to this following week because it pretty much stays sitting on the chassis....funny thing is if you look at the pic below, you can see that I can actually go lower lol

Just ordered some R1 Concept Rear Slotted Rotors for my car and I'm going to paint the rear calipers the same color as the front

UCF20 calipers and slotted rotors look great! did you replace the upper a-arm bushings as well?

Yep I replace Lower Control Arm and Upper Control Arm Bushings, also had to replace the Ball Joints with UCF20 Ball joints

I know this is kinda delayed question, but is that bushing a "kit"?

If so, where did you buy them?

I think I need to change my bushings soon and I dont wanna spend alot on a whole new arm assembly.

Yes it's a kit and I got them from TMengneering for like $100 they are made by a brand called daizen

I left the blue lip protector on my last set of weds when I first got em.
Left it on there until it fell off
it was kinda cool having color on the wheels lol

haha thanks man, this grill is staying with me tho haha...i already have the 225/35/19's for the fronts just need to get some 245/35/19's for the 11" rims
