He means get your front to sit as low as the rear so it doesnt have rake.  Looks dope minus the thing you did with the rear fender.  IMO i would space out the rear, the fender looks funny when it has a small flair to it but the wheel is tucking.

flare probably has to do with the rolling height and where the wheels sit at that height.

Looks pretty sharp. Not feeling the flare on rear fender and I agree w/ FYC about the rear rake. If a car is going to have any rake at all, it should be towards the front. Rear lower than front = mini-truck. My car has front rake, but the fender to wheel gap is identical front/rear. But, everyone likes different things so just do you!
