Rear infiniti badge/strip thing removalable?

Just curious if this thing is taped on, bolted on or countersunk. I've seen multiple cars with it shaved and I'm slowly crossing over to Cima badging (Zenki front grille) and don't want to gross breed.

Talking about the chrome strip right above the license plate.

Jermaine has it shaved, but has the bottom of his spoiler that covers it so dunno if it needed to be filled or not....

Im looking to buy that chrome strip if u shave it. I think its bolted on, here's a phone pic a member sent to me:

I might as well do the 97 trunk conversion like I had originally planned. If I pull it off I will definitely send it your way!

it's bolted on... easily accessible if you take the inner trunk liner off.   I believe its 4 bolts.

trying to get another one and then shave the lettering off.....I want the chrome bar but not the Infiniti lettering

Maybe you could custom the F50 JDM bar on there (if I remember correct that one has no lettering? Might be wrong but worth a check)? Anyway, good luck!

just source a JDM chrome trim bar thing.   I believe those are blank.  I think there is one on Ebay for sale but he is asking a ridiculous price.

^pretty sure that is too short since it is made for the 97-98 style taillights.....wish I could get measurements of it though to confirm

^^ yes they are, i already asked long time ago. just take out the infiniti letters, have it filled, and chrome again. =)

Picked up a 97 trunk. Needs to change colour so gonna shave the fuji.
