Parts to rebuilt wheels.

Anyone know where to get parts to rebuilt wheels. I am mainly looking to buy outer lips and inner barrels. I can rebuilt the wheels myself, just looking to but the lips and barrels.
Any help, leads, or links are appreciated.

Simple wheel werks are dope, but better if they do the work.

Wheel flip has wicked pricing. About $800 for 4 lips raw and they aren't low quality eazy bend lips.
