Wasssup from Dallas... New to this whole thing
New to this scene! When I turned 16 about 2 months ago I got an sr20det swapped Nissan Sentra. Looked the car over well, had mechanics there lookin at it too... Everything looked clean so i bought it.... Few days later and a long story short my engine blew... Now my car is sittin in this lot waitin to be picked up as a roller:sad:
Anyway enough with that piece of shit.... So tomorrow im going to look at and hopefully buy one of my good friend's, dad's 97 Infiniti Q45! Car has 150k on chassis and a brand new engine 80k ago. So the car is sitting at 80k-ish, paint is in rough shape, couple dents from hail, and needs radiator. Cars got black leather interior in good shape, bose sound system. Im gonna be paying 2500 for it, maybe less. Tell me whatcha think
Thanks,
-Nick

Haha my rule of thumb is do it right, or don't do it at all, that being said i promise im not gonna fuck up the Q! I'm gonna need help when it comes to doin my suspension though. Lol Its got me sooo confused, but im gonna worry about that when i have a build thread

Welcome! My advice is to research before buying. You know the look you want. You probably know the makes/models you like. Find out what it will take to get those makes/models to look the way you want. Dont want to be going 'all in' on a build, only to find out after the fact that it takes more time/money that you thought or have. Not all cars are equal, some are easier to mod with more aftermarket support. Good luck and enjoy the scene!!
