Luxury Abstract VW CC build

Wasn't sure if I should put this in the euro section or here but decided "other vehicles" is much more fitting.

What's getting done?
German Audi A5/S5 front end on a VW CC
Reiger front lip
Air suspension
Wheels
fender work
Wald IS350 sides
custom rear diffuser
+ some more stuff


Why?
I am against swapping entire clips (most of the time) but if you sat in the car with the luxury package, its basically an audi.  It has sexy curves and can almost hold its own stock for stock.  Vw owns audi.  Same engine, same proportions,  Lightly equipped cost as much as a A5 with the same options so its not posing as something greater, and there is no a5 4 door in the states (the one in europe isnt all that sick compared to the coupe anyway).  It just makes sense. 


How?
We will section parts of the Audi hood and fenders to make it work  (none shown as its under my Q or on top of the show room collecting vip dust lol).  The rad support, grill and bumper will be full Audi (although I am not running the 4 rings emblem)  Body lines will be modified to flow


When done, it will have a strong vip influence but I wont refer to it as vip style to anyone.  No fusa's etc.  It will "fit in" when parked next to some vip cars sort of like those Thailand builds but it's not my intention to.  Either way, I could care less about the label



I changed the wheels a few times.  I had the Authentic 2pc Lorinser LM-6's which I loved but I have to rep my brand plus the Lorinser's were not aggressive enough for my tastes.

I pretty much had the parts for 8-10 months.  I started the thread because the new wheels have been ordered.  Sorry if the thread is 6-8 weeks pre-mature but I am excited.

I think ABT makes a nicer/lower front lip for the S5, no?

Thanks.  IDK, I like this one better.  It will be molded.  The ABT is real clean but I think this one is gonna go with the wide body fenders and also the sides.  I also want people to be able to tell there is a lip there

sides I am rocking.  The lil end of the skirts how it dips down is gonna go with the lip as it does the same

Interesting build, I like the CC and love the S5.

How aggressive are the wheels going to be?

This should be epic, 2012 is looking real good for some sick builds :dance:

those cars can be tight for sure. I still think it looks like VW's answer to Mercedes Benz's CLS

VW actually paid the same designer who did the original CLS to design the CC. Cant beat the 33mpg :shrug: lol

I'm doing something different.  I'm going with a new Luxury Abstract wheel from the Hybrid line, the Solis

These are dope. Looks better than the Stella x but I guess it's middle ground.

Wheels are done.  Quickest set yet.  Kind of sucks because I anticipated them to come in 2-3 weeks later so I dont have the body work money for a lil bit lol.  I rather this way than the other way around though.  Will be in the shop soon

The specs are super aggressive for the CC

+ 1 for L.A

if you put led valve stems on them, they will be LA Lights! hahahahahaha

My caddy is overheating.  I got a blown head gasket and leaking water pump.  I have to get that taken care of or get another car since I need a ride to run daily tasks for my business.  The wheels look great though.  I plan to send it to the shop in a week or two
