well i figured i'd try to search for myself, but yielded no results. and i knew someone would chime in on a thread....maybe providing a link or contact info....possibly similar responses if i were to directly pm someone, but thanks anywho i reckon.

i'm aware, but i dont particularly care for smart answers either. its not like i asked some stupid newb question. lol and as a sidenote, i already knew riverside sold them, was just curious of other places to source the parts otherwise.

That's them. I don't know if it's something they still carry cause I got mine over a year ago, but they always had them before. I'd definitely call and ask.

fuuuuu that sucks. They used to have Tein springs, window visors, and a few other random bits.  I know myself & KP both got our visors from them. Maybe call back tomorrow and hope someone else answers.

I dug for the receipt and found 2 old receipts from Riverside Infiniti but couldn't find the visor one.

Yeah try to call OC infiniti.
We usually get parts from them. The guys that used to work at riverside Rick and tony are now working for OC. They can get you anything from Oem to JDM

just got off the phone with tony @ OC. he said they got like 5 sets on backorder right now, so i told him to put me down for a set as soon as he got more info on when they would be available. he couldnt get a price on them, maybe once there is an ETA? oh well, he's got all my info now :)

$95 plus shipping. just called me and said they have 4 sets that are on backorder. i prepaid so i claim one set. i'd give him a call and preorder them if you want a set guaranteed. he said it'll be a couple weeks before they prolly make it to the states but he will keep me updated.

soooooo.....here's an update. still waiting on them to arrive. havent even made them to the states yet according to tony. but im still first on the pre-paid list, and the other 3 are reserved for the 4 sets that he ordered. sucks, but its whatev.

You guys think 160 shipped for used jdm y33 visors is a good deal? Can't find em anywhere else comparable to tht. I see them go for 300+ for used sets

Some y33 visors does not have the chrome trim so if you like that then check first

i called oc infiniti also the guy told me around 60 days for them to come in i also asked for tein springs he pretty much told me they were a special make and would take around same time so i figured i would go for the coilovers for 1250

quick question for you guys.. I bought some used jdm visors. should I use some sort of adhesive on them or are the clips good enough? I dont really trust them. any adhesives you guys recommend. I dont really want to get too much gunk on my chrome trim because Id like to take them off every once in a while

3m double sided foam tape. thats what is used on all the trim and spoilers used on nissans/infinitis, so its plenty strong enough to hold on some visors.

nice yeah that's what I was leanin towards just wasnt sure if it would be too thick and make it look not as flush.  

you know if i can easily remove the chrome strips so I can repolish them? doesnt seem like theyd come out without me bending or snapping something lol

you cant really polish the chrome trim since its plastic chrome and i doubt you can take it out also.

called again...still no ETA :( gettin super bummed. gonna try with riverside infiniti tomorrow n see if they have any.

I would use chrome vinyl to refinish the faded plastic. Cut a nice clean strip and place it accordingly.

Good luck finding these. I had to buy while still in Japan................well mother in law bought them for me as a early b-day gift. But I couldn't find ANYTHING legit on YAJ only aftermarket ones. and in Japan they were still 22,000円 which still about $250.

I have found a few places online which claim to have these. but not sure how legit they are.

i've already ordered some thru a dealer back in november, but they must be on intergelactic backorder.

Waiting since november is kind of ridiculous. they can't give you a proper update. I mean they have them in japan as i stated so it's crazy yours are taking this long.

sooooooo....called back and they said they have a huge backorder list from nissan motorsports...and guess what is still on that list....my visors that i ordered back in november lol

Why are these so hard to order?

I'm considering calling my local (Louisville, KY) Infiniti dealer to see. Maybe you all have cashed out Riverside Infiniti. Nowhere else online though? Seems odd...but it is a rare car.

i tried with rick this afternoon, pretty much said the same thing. he has some on order...he's gonna get back with me at how many and what kinda time frame his order will take (4-12 weeks usually) :sad:

soooo.....i should have mine thursday finally!!! only took almost 6 months to get. oc infiniti must also have a couple extra sets cuz they got 2 listings on ebay. and mr.kong got his before me lol

got my long awaited set last thursday but sold em to kongm45vip since he was passign thru ATL towards VA beach....and i ordered more which will be in today!!!!

Yesterday,  spoke to Mike over at OC Infiniti told me they had the visors on back order no eta on when they will have them in.  Gave him my info and will let me know when they get them in.  Just if anyone is wondering it's %160 to pick them up and &175 shipped.

the 3m tape is already on the visors. just clip them in then pull the red tape off and stick them down.
