How much shipped to 96720?
Would I have to mod my fenders to make these fit on an IS300?

You only need a roll to fit these on an IS300 and stock camber from being lowered.

This may sound like a dumb question, but if these are two piece welded and the tires are installed, can you simply remove the face if you wanted to get the faces powder coated? Sorry to jack your thread, I own a set (which I love and hope that someone else will pick these up from this wonderful member) and I want to powder coat the faces but don't want to spend the money removing the tires, then having them installed again. Not to mention I could possibly damage the tires in the process. So, can I simply unbolt the face, take them to a powdercoater, and bolt it back up when they are finished?

most, if not all works are 2 piece welded, with the face welded to the barrel.

No you can't remove the face if the tires are installed, you should have the tires off.
