Custom built 18" Work Equip Step Lip

I was in the process of building a set of 18" Work Equip step lip, but due to some financial issues..
I'm forced to sell them. [U][B]I can build them to any specs you like since I haven't started yet.

I'm asking $2700 for the wheels --> [COLOR=Red][B]PRICE LOWERED $2500[/B][/COLOR]
Which includes:
4x any size step outer barrels
4x any size step inner barrels
4x polish or powder coat faces (any color)
4x new valve stems 


Please note these are how they are now, but will look different after new step lips and refinish

so I'm guessing these are 17" rims and you are going to relip to a 18"?

what offset will they end up being if build to 18x10.5 & 18x11.5?
