chrome lasts a looong time if you take care of it. it just looks like someone wasnt very careful when threading lugs.

It shouldn't, but I bought these used. I was going to rechrome the faces, but change of plans.

The chrome may be bubbling, but its not chipping off. And for those of you that are bothered by the oxidation on the lips, I can have them polished out for you, but after I do that, the price won't be negotiable.
