ucf11 front seat repair

namely the power seat repair.  I have to "click" the front-rear-up-down switch for it to work, instead of just holding it and the seat doin it's thing. Also i don't have the reclining switch(it has broken off/never was there)

Have any others had this issue with there switches being "intermittent"? if so what was the remedy?.  As for my reclining switch issue, i may have to wither look at a "seat swap" from another model, or just deal with it.
