middle of no where

i am currently in north west Florida.i am new to the vip scene.before i tried to go vip inspired with a different platform a32 cefiro,now i bought a vip platform a 2001 gs300 with aristo 5 speed swap.what are the steps on making MY CAR vip
i have tein super streets, sskit40mm ,rear drag links and i have a set of work varianza f2s with a stepped lip,i am completely losted i do not what else to do money is not an issue i just hate spending on things i do not need

the fish does not make you vip .i want the stance and definition "i do not want to throw money into something that needs steps on building

lol I was just kidding man. Well exterior is the key point, then after that interior and custom work for sound systems etc etc.
