#431442I've had the pleasure of meeting dozens of sports celebs in my lifetime thus far.
When I was 15 one of my first job's was working for the Chargers trainning camp, where we would feed them during their practices. This was back when Seau & Rodney Harrison was on the team and right as they signed LT.
When I was about 12 I was given the opportunity to be the outfield ball boy for a celeb allstar homerun derby. Met alot cool cats there as well like Barry Bonds, lou brock, etc.
No pictures but I have a few autographs

Chamequa Holslaw. Wouldnt mention a female but one of the best girls ever at her sport. She went to my High school Christ the King and was there giving a speech. Got her autograph and chatted for a few seconds after. No ego from her
Charles Barkley was a dick. Seen him outside a hotel. Seemed like he was pissed off at someone but he always has that face on so I cant tell.
Seen a bunch of basketball and football players in clubs but I didnt say anything to them so that doesnt really count.
One of my best stories ever (that I had a witness on this forum there with me "east coast to the west coast") was when I was driving the PresiBent fresh out the shop in Manhatten. For those that don't know the city, almost every street is a huge one way. I'm on the left lane at a light when I seen a white Rolls Royce Drophead coupe on white 28's pumping gas at one of the only gas stations in the city which was all the way to the right and had a steep driveway. At the time, you had to pay a $200,000 markup on top of the $500,000 asking price to get it. First thought (judging by the bling) and the ballerness of the car "this has to be 50 cent." So what do I do, I blow the red light going 5mph to cut all the way to the right to get in that gas station. People are honking but I knew it would be worth the story getting to meet 50. I get in the gas station and he gets out of the car with his jaw to the ground like I'm the star. It wasn't 50 but it was Zach Randolph allstar on the Grizzlies but at the time, Knick player. He was like "Is that a new Bentley? What is that? How much you want for it." Til this day I regret saying "its not for sale." He makes 20mil a year the car would be chump change to him. While hes checking out my car, I'm in awe at his. He had every option including the fiber optic star ceiling. I asked him what he was doing he replied "waiting for some piff from uptown." LOL. He was mad cool, you would never know he had the type of money he had. He asked me if I could build him an old school I said no problem (even though I never done one but with his budget I could figure it out lol). That was the day I decided to get in the car business. The story don't end there. So I tell some friends on a local forum and naturally people will always raise eye brows if you they know you like that. Then in a newspaper the headlines read
"New York Knick Forward Zach Randolph found in a white Rolls Royce with Marijuana." Just like I explained it and there were no pics of his car out on the net at the time. The doubter pointed it out to me too which made it funny. So then the next week guess what happens? Zach Randolph has been traded to the Clippers. NOOOOOOOOOOO now I can never build his cars lol.

I will move for a big boy like that lol so I put it in drive and go down the block. So I am driving and he is following me and still high beaming. I pull over and its Tyler Perry. During 08' BET awards I was a security guard and got to check Neyo's belongings before entering the gates. Saw Lil Wayne's tour bus get surrounded by cops and a bunch of other stars entering and leaving the back stage.

Nah man, you can't live life looking backwards. I was on the prospect list and I had a great life for a decade. Sure, I would have loved the money and the fame, but I know how I stacked up against some of the best in the game. I was an all American in College and I played in 2 CWS. I was one of the very few that actually retired from the game rather than woke up one day and didn't have a job.

But Joe, that is good. I am glad that it was like that. I had a awesome gym teacher who was on the Blue Jays? been a while now so I am not sure accuracy, but he retired from it cause of knee injury. I think he was a lil pissed about it cause he was now a gym teacher and loved baseball a lot. But it didnt stop him from being a good person. Though, baseball was the main focus on gym day lol
