seriously. what's up with smoking cigarettes in japan? i see all these high end vip styled ashtrays and it makes me curious enough to ask if smoking is cool in japan like it was here in the 70's. so is it? lemme know.

I don't know if this fact is still relevant, but there was a study a few years ago that showed 60% of males smoked in Asia.

Yeah... Apparently in Japan, smoking is a huge thing over there. I think every Foreign Movie, and every Japanese Movie i've seen on Netflix, at least 10 people were smoking...

Just though it was funny because of the huge anti-smoking campaign here that is working. Any room to sell cigarettes overseas? Bet they'd love some Newports.

smoking is very common in asian countries esp china and japan. this is why their cars have multiple cig lighters, air refiners, and ionizers. this is also why they have busted teeth!

Importing cigs? Like to Japan? I'm pretty sure they don't want our garbage... Sure, the ones who wanna stand out and be different will do it. But from what I understand, their cigs are almost completely different. Their brands are higher-class and made better and more pure.

Hell, even their Menthol Marlboros are better then the ones over here...
