help posting pics

how can i post pics on a thread...i clicked on the insert image but i can't browse my pc for pics... can some one help...

When you click that "Insert image" you have to put in an address of where the picture is stored.  

Try signing up at photobucket.com or majhost.com and upload all of your photos there.  Then use the link that they provide and share them here.
