I think those are 97-98 headlights. Most likely 9003 or H4. Just super clean. I think 99-01 changed to seperate high and low beam.

i mean i don't have nothing against the headlights that are already on my 99 but i don't use the high beam so i think its pointless for me to have the headlights with the lights all separated. If these really are the 97-98 headlights, then for sure i'm gonna cop these in the future!

you won't lose the high beam function as long as you wire it correctly. Instead of seperates it'll just be all in one bulb. Make sure you get the correct male connector to connect to the bulb base.

If all I wanted to run just plug and play HID kit can I go for Morimoto Elite H4 kit for my car http://www.theretrofitsource.com/product_info.php?products_id=12824

And sure I'll take a closer look at your HIDS? In the first pic of joeys car does he have his lights retro fitted?

for doing plug and play hid's you dont need to retrofit anything its h4 bulb. thats what i had on mine but i was running a garex hid system which is mostly universal. its just plug and play for hid's in cima headlights. q45's are more difficult because of the corner lights being a different socket.
