yeah... since springs are only a certain length you are limited to that so don't expect to go that low with the coilover springs. You could maybe getaway with going shorter springs.

I rode on algernon bags over coilover on my Y33.
Rode pretty good. I had the front coils all the way down and the rear were about half way.
I never tried any other coilovers or springs so I really cant compare.
It was a more of a smooth kind of bouncyness to it compared to my civic.
Not crazy bouncy and stiff but not super smooth either.
I would get these again IMO.
