Import Reactor & Anime Matsuri Convention 2012 in The Woodlands (April 6-8)

Anybody going to this? I never been but from the looks of it from the past couple years looks like it's been a huge turnout every year.....I will be there for sure just checking to see who else is down

AFAIK, RE as a whole will not be attending this event. Last year was pretty weak, the year before was decent.

Nothing to concern yourself with. It's a personal matter between one of our members and the staff. It's my understanding that we were not going to support the event, but I may be wrong.

I might go, not sure yet. If I can fix my stance by then (maybe). $45 to enter, dont see any info on what the winners get??

Its not just that Mike, this show charges an insane amount and provides no where near the cost of the price. When it comes down to people in the scene I am not for them getting scammed or over charged. Which is exactly what this show does. You wanna pay 40 bux a pop to walk around and see the same cars at the meet before? Oh the anime convention too! wait....most dont care for it. Sorry man cant support that. Let me know what I missed out on!!

winners get a trophy no cash prizes.

Honestly the entry fee or mediocre show isn't enough to keep me from going, I'm not going because you asked me not to. Like I told you though, if the team makes the decision to attend I will go. I think we should talk about it this weekend and the meet.
