Would these wheels be considered BIPPU

I was just wondering with the right tyre, would these wheels be considered vip, I have an 06 ls 430, I am currently looking for the right wheel package and I have always like how lowerhart wheels looked, any experts out there please chime in. Thanks

I like the ones you posted in chrome or polished......... dont get works everyone has works. If you have that kind of money get something unique or that alot of folks dont have.
