go to HIDplanet.com or Retrofitsource.com. They have these projector foglights called the "Blazers" or something like that. They're water proof and you can retrofit them. I think they're 45 bucks for 2? correct me if I'm wrong ahaha. But yeah I was thinking about doing the same thing, I think you're just going to neeed to make a bracket for the both of them and the wiring harness.

wireing for the most part if very easy is you have factory fogs, just cut the factory harness and splice the new ones in to. if not just find a power source( side markers) ground it all, and hook up a on/off. fyi thro , what ever you use to power it, only till that gets power will the fogs!!!!

You gonna leave the carbon visible or paint over? Looks like the edges need some sanding and a couple extra coats of resin...

yes, these are not ready yet, almost, just need some more sanding and resin layers, right. Carbon will stay.

dont really understand the question. There are "angel eyes" on the picture. Fogs are not Xenon/HID.

one of the members has those e-class fogs retroed to his R-class and he put HIDs on both. The DRL one melted since it can't handle the heat

That is correct... I did them... and the DRL fogs (outers) melted within 30 minutes...
I recently put the glass fogs in the outer locations and now I'm good to go... Light up the road real nice. 8 HID bulbs lighting up the road NICE!!!
