What size tire

Hows it going everyone? I was wondering if someone could help me with tire sizes. I have a set of 18x8.5 rims with a plus 45 offset ( I know that they are weak, but I plan to have them re-liped and rebarrelled this summer) and  I was wondering what size tire should I run? I am putting the wheels on an 02 Mazda Millenia. Any input would help, thanks.

If dumped and you NEED a small tire 205/40/18 in my opinion. if not going that low 215/40/18 if barely lowering 225/40/18 All in my opinion. Hope it helps

im running a 215/35 on mine but i kind of wish id have gotten a 225/35

If you're having them relipped, are you increasing width?

I appreciate all the help guys. The car is an 02 Millenia. I don't plan on reliping or rebarreling until mid summer. Just wanted run some spacers on the car and lower it for the time being to kind of see what I am up against. The 225s actually sound pretty good.

I will probably lower enough to get rid of the gap for the time being. I'd say it would be rarely low but not as low as most of you guys, at least just not yet. I'm still learning and I'm still trying to figure out what the Millenia can handle. No one seems to mod this car so I am having trouble getting info on it.
