SAC Meet n Greet

I may be missing something but for as long as i been living in the sacramento Area, i have only seen a handful of "VIP" cars. 
lets get a meet going soon, maybe when this weather clears up (who knows when that would be) 

Anyone have idea on a good spot, or if meets are already happening in sac, where are they?
NOT down with the Sunrise thing.
