Y33 PBM coilovers ?

I did a test fit of my coilovers today and realized the brake line and abs line do not reach, they're off by like an inch on both sides. The spindles where cut to the lowest point possible for the coilover sleeves. My questions are, has any one else had this issue? Or was I suppose to trim down the sleeves as well? I'm trying to figure out if this will affect how low I will be able to go and if I did anything wrong in the welding process. Sorry for the crappy cell phone pictures and don't mind the rattle can primer I just sprayed that on to avoid rust from forming.

when you cut the stock spindle did the pbm slide inside all the way? I don't have any experience but it looks like possibly the shock body maybe had to slide more into the lower cut spindle.

Yes they did slide in all of the way. I just made some brackets out of steel I had laying around that's good for now I guess.

looks like you did everything right... maybe the PBM batch they made had it slightly too high... I guess you could zip tie or make a bracket extension of some kind.

correct, the brake line thread position a bit high, so we used zipties on our install.
