Air Suspension questions

Hey i am getting air pretty soon.. just had some pretty stupid questions i guess..

1) how do you jack up the car.. when the car is in the air is there a max pressure the bags can be at? or should they be deflated?

2) do you guys put anything on the bag itself to prevent cracking from heat?

3) for a doublewishbone front and multi link rear. G35 / m35 approx what air pressure is similar to OE?

1. im not on elevel yet so im not sure whats needed but on most "manual types" (you hit the switch to raise or lower) putting the car on a lift wont b a problem.
 
2. i live in NE and went threw winter, summer no issues.
