Italvolanti Wheel "project"

No need to sell this, just one pop up on ebay that i rather have, this has been sitting in my trunk just haven't gotten around to getting it reupholstered. 
 
no hub just the wheel.
 
its in decent condition i had it professional cleaned but their are still some marks, it never bothered me i was going g to tuse it as is. 
 
id like to get around $275 take decent offers shipped. i know almost $300 for a used wheel that needs to be reupholstered but it is legit and a rare wheel only seen this one and one or 2 more on here for sale.

Is this the one with the Garson middle ring?

no its the same design as the ones garson use but a tad bit diff. it can use the ring thro
