350Z Track wheels on a Y34

This girl I know has a 350z track and figured I'd swap wheels between the two cars and see what it'd look like.

fronts are 30 offset, 245/40-18
rears are 33 offset, 275/35-18

I have 20mm spacers on the front and rear...The rear has a little poke, which looks pretty ridiculous. Car is lowered on eibach pro-kits.

 It's alright looking, but, for OEM wheels, I think the GTR 20" look much better.

I like the stock wheels much much better.

i like it. car is just too high ;)

go for a matching sidewall tire in the front (35) and it'll be clean=)  nice setup if were slammed too

It isn't a matter of the wheels, it is the ride height.   I have been rocking various stock Nissan/Infiniti wheels for years but the car is 3.15 inches lower all around.

eh, I won't lower it much more. I drive the car and have done a few track days with it and plan on doing a few more with it. ;)

Plus, track wheels and on a slammed car would be kinda like wearing snowboarding gear to the beach.

My ccws and WEDs Sa67rs beg to differ.

The best OEM wheel I've seen on the Y34 has been the GTR's... just gotta convince some of my GTR friends to sell me their OEM wheels.

You do realize this forum is dedicated to VIP STYLE right? The name alone should give it away "VIPSTYECARS".  If all you are interested is nothing to do with VIP but more to do with keeping a car stock or whatever floats your boat, there are other forums that are probably more suited to that.

Definately a cool look, but that's just me.....:giggity:   I also like the look of FX wheels on the Y34.  Too bad the stock FX 20's are so conservative.

the gtr wheels are just a more aggressive version of the fx wheels....IMO. id rock em if i could get em for a dumb price
