Vrwheels-wheel company?

Hello fellas!! 
Just want to know. Im about to buy a set of wheels from VRWHEELS. Question is are they a legit company?? 

Anybody has bought any set from them.

what do you mean legit???
they will send you for what you pay for. The only advice I can give you is to ask for a complete description of the item being purchased, any flaws etc and pics of different angles. 
That is a general rule i follow when buying anything used. 
If the person/site/vendor whatever offers for fixing up any damages...I rather get a discount and bring it to a local place you trust for repairs (that way you can actually see what is being fixed)
Other than that, I've never really had a problem buying from them or other used wheels sites.

I mean... Are they an okay company to do business/purchase product. I know im buying used not in perfect condition wheels. Just want to make sure they get ship to my door.

like I said, they will get to you. I've bought many wheels from them and other websites as well. My only advice is when buying used parts, always ask for a full description with pictures of any damage/faults etc.

I have had a 50/50 experiance with vrwheels. The first time i went in person to look at a set of impul wheels, and got them, was pretty satisfied, I recently bought my set of fabulous profounds, and had them shipped to me in vegas. I asked them if the wheels were damaged in any way, and if the lips were clean or if they had any damage, scratches, etc. He said no, they were fine, just the wheel faces were scratched to hell. So i bought them. They shipped out, and low and behold, the lips had massive corrosion on them, so much that even getting them re-polished didnt get it out. They did give me like $150 or $200 back, i cant remember which. But, I did kind of have to fight with them about it. 

Like seikensetzu said though, if you get pics, just make sure you get UP CLOSE pics, and that they are clear, So you can be sure the wheels are un-damaged.

i bought my wheels from them. dude responded in a timely manner and shipped them out promptly....from cali to atl in like 3-4 days.

seem to be pretty hit and miss, i was inquiring about wheels and all of a sudden dont hear from them for like 2 weeks

Damn, and here I was expecting someone only dropping $1.88 on an iPad 2.

I've dealt with them personally.  They have shit ton of rims shipped to them from Japan almost monthly.   I've bought my Work rims from them and they rebuilt it and had no leaking issues at all.   Turn around time was just a few days.   Like the guy mention before make sure to get full description and pics since you do live far from them.

I got my wheels done at VR.  Relipped and polished, lips took about 3 weeks which is pretty damn quick compared to what I've read.  They do good work.

i concur with what has been said. you will receive the item you paid for, just don't expect to take them out of the box and mount 'em up. great resource for rare/discontinued/classic wheels but this is not the affordable alternative. ideal for those who know what they want and are willing to work for it, not so much for someone looking to buy cheap.

OG is right they are not the cheapest but they are a legit company just swamped with work.   Also just so you know I sent my rebuilt rims to my regular wheel/tire guy and he looked at my lips and confirmed they are triangle barrels which is good stuff.    I was originally told they get their lips from china and so that is what I assumed but my tire guy said it's not.

Jack is a good dude, never done me wrong and I've dealt with him a fair bit.

My wheel guy that gets their barrels at triangle told me VR does the same.
lowballing sometimes works with Jack (owner?) as long as you bring cash

I have bought two wheels from them and no real complaints but I will say this...its a lot easier to deal with them, Jack, in person.
Good prices, fast turnarounds, and good selection for sure!

I have Ordered 2 sets over the phone.  Worked a little on the price with me and was pretty cool

hell, i got him to come off bout $250 on my wheels when i ordered them. my boy just ordered some viennas gettin custom lips n shiz and he's gettin bout $250 off on them too. i wouldnt hesitate doing company with jack again....might be once i sell my wheels in a couple months for something diff. ;)

Jack is a cool dude to deal with. Gave me a killer deal on some hardirritt  waffle and ordered me some gold bbs bolts (not no china ones)

Had a friend get two sets from them,  they have been good both times.  Shipping was fast,  and they are negotiable which is always a plus!

my experience with them was not bad at all. got my wheels shipped in a timely manner, but definitely get a thousand pix, if you can't inspect the wheels in person.

I bought a set of 20s inch ssr vienna wheels from them and did a full restoration on then and they ship them to me from Cali to Texas took about two weeks and the wheels were pretty brand new when I got them, great company! They have my business in the future.

I purchased also from jack. I ordered some Gilforts and he hooked me up on the price. Very friendly dude. He gets my vouch.

got my 2nd set of wheels from him bout 2 weeks ago. custom built to order and got them in less than 2 weeks. :)

They are huge and great used wheel source, but yes I always double check the details, and when they put wheels together i double check their work..due to issues like that.
