Request Drop, wheels, tint on pearl white y33

Can some one lower my Y33. I will be running Bc coilovers. Can someone put 19 Vip Modular VR06 and the AME Shallen Wx, both wheels dipped Diamond machined cut finish. if possible to do blue Mercedes tint and 4k fogs and 8k heads?

Just a heads up...its slightly easier for people if the picture of cars and wheels are not at an angle.
