HELP with wheel fitmet kranze LXZ

As stated need some help with spec's for some used custom kranze i have on hold awaiting my spec's that i want . the problem is that i know what i want my ride to look like im just a newb to the sizing thing any suggestions would be appreciated ... trying to get flushed or slightly tucked on stock camber -4, gonna kinda be a everyday driver until i get my commuter. willing to shave all fenders...dont really want to pull fenders...stretch tires..foshow..spacers if needed.

1999 gs300 on Megan ez-streets coils
currently sitting on is300 17's
everything else stock

kranze LXZ 19"
width..shiit i forgot to ask! ( just emailed him for it will update that info soon)
he is willing to make me any offset i want ... so i guess the current width wouldn't matter? sorry had a dah moment.
i was thinking, just thinking f 19x9.5 -23 r 19x11 or 10.5 - ? help please.. if i left something out i know you guys wont hesitate to say..let me know

With those specs and -4 camber there is no way you will fit those without extensive camber and major fender work.

On my gs I ran 9.5 +12 on the front and 10.5 + 19 rear. That's was rolled/extremely mild pull front and shaved rear fenders. Obviously some guys run aggressive set ups but stock body and natural camber isn't going to happen.

You seriously need to do some research.. Take time to look into what kind of fitment you want. With rolled and shaved yu can run around 19x9/10 +10

I was able to run 19x9/10 +5 on stock body. Just shaved the fenders and max negative camber.

Recently upgraded to 9.5/10.5 +5 don't fit. Got rucas and toe and now they fit at -6.3. Looks like your going to need at least -7 camber

9.5 -23 is going to need a lot more than -7... probably closer to low teens
