problems with loading VSC on my computer

I've reset the DNS services for the server and still not sure if people aren't still able to get in.  Seems for some internet providers, that VSC's IP is not showing up for people.

I am working with the server farm in regards to this issue.  Any particular error that you receive?  Or "does not find server" is what you get?  Sorry for the questions.  The more info I can provide, the better

It just says "cannot connect to vipstylecars" on my ie, google chrome.  My isp is charter.
