18" RACING HARTS C2'S

I got a set of racing harts c2's. The 3pcs ones. One of them is disassembled. Got all the bolts. One wheel (inner barrel have a weld on it.due to a small crack.)
it was gonna go to my wifey's honda wagon...but need funds..
