on a 99 q45. could i get away with 
F:19x9.5+25,R:19x 10.5+22?

Easily...You can also run 9.5F and 10.5R with negative offsets no problem.

Sorry for the ignorant comment but to make that size flush n tuck. What would one need?
Tire size, spacers?
or would this offset be better:
19x10+22 High Disk 
10x11+33

are you running bags - if so the answer is no!!!!!

1so 9x9+24 19x10+34. Will fit?
I can get these re lipped and i want thaf 5" lip. Ia that possible and still fit?

its going to be a pretty tight fit - might rub when you turn - +10 or 0 but you can go pretty ridiculous on a y33 but its what ever your flavor is
