Here's what I use on all my cars. Very handy in cleaning the interior and drying the exterior if you need it and very powerful too!

LOL yeah, house vaccum for me...and house steam cleaner. I can see myself investing in a nice steamer down the road, but for now it does the job :)

shop vac brand, but i found the lowes (blue) models to be cheaper. no complaints.

you might want to get a brush or something too.. for like sand example..sometimes the sucking is not hard enough and you need to work the brush in the carpet to get it up on top.. i still have sand from the beach in my trunk LOL...
