"NEW TO VIP SCENE" Y33

hey wats up people I picked up on a 1999 q45 3 weeks ago. I was in the honda scene owned an integra. But now I've decided to go to that vip look. Anyways i need some ideas on what steering wheels will fit on this car . I want something with woodgrain on it kuz mine is all ripped up

try to find 97-98 i think those are woodgraind/leather.   Also I think the 99-01 anniversay is also.

Mine is off of a i35 $150 the 2000+ q45s had a different color wood grain

so do the controls on the steering wheel still work? or did you have to cut and rewire anything??

Direct bolt on. 97-99 i35. They look exactly the same. I'm not sure about the newer ones

So the other day I traded these 350z wheels with brand new tires for my q45 wheels. I think it looks way better for now.

So finally i decided to do my valve cover gaskets

Took about 2 weeks to get some parts since I couldn't find them anywhere I had to special order them. So this is the funny part out of all the days that I had to fix it when my parts come in its raining outside Great so I had to wait another two days since my car is parked on the street and not in a garage!! So while I was waiting I decided I would try a little something with my valve covers and started polishing them

thats quite an undertaking, i have to take apart my valve cover gaskets too

well for my first time doing it on this car it wasn't too hard its pretty much common sense you just have to get everything thats in your way OUT of the way. Like a bunch of hoses,connectors,and the throttle body. But it was a bit of a challenge putting it back in since the damn gaskets kept falling off haha

Easy way to get the gasket on is take a small amount of oil and put it around the gasket and place it onto the cover. Oil makes it stick while you get it in position.

we used a shit ton of that toyota gasket maker shit to keep it on. oddly enough, my guy had a ton of tomei anti-seize so we used that on the spark plugs LOL

\/ and I used small dabs of super glue.... Held up nice=)

 Yea i used fipg from Toyota but not too much just on the corners
