Q45 projector, they're pretty pricey. You can find them at [URL]http://www.theretrofitsource.com/product_info.php?products_id=239[/URL], go to model and select Infiniti Q45 Multi-Lens. They're $450 there, don't think you'll find them much cheaper than that (except for the knock-off ones on eBay).
I was looking all around til I realized what you were talking about. I guess I take it for granted that it is stock and no one knows it is if they never seen one before.. but honestly not sure how you did not know since the internet is flooded with these Q's now.
Honestly I'm not even 100% sure he's talking about those, I'm just assuming lol. Maybe he thought all those Q's had retrofits lol.
