Odysseus's LS400 daily driver

So years ago I got into Nissan S-chassis cars. I soon started to hate them as I should but was in too deep to quit.

This is my first 240. Bought it stock, now it has a fully built SR, full suspension, seats, cage, blah blah...If anyone cares I can go more in depth. I still have this but I dont drive it since its multicolor and unfinished and Im not a drift hipster/ratty kid.

I also had this as my last daily driver but I decided one 240 was too many and questioned myself on why I had two of them.

This one was simple. OEM aero, full suspension, stock motor/auto trans, etc. LOW and slow. Built it from completely stock and beat to shit and had plans of painting it the OEM color and calling it a day but I got bored with it and wanted some luxury in my life and 4 doors. So I kept the sound system from it and a few other tidbits that I could sell and traded it for this...

A 93 LS400 Gold Package sitting on Megan LP coilovers at their highest setting and some 19" Enkie RP03s. It had 107K on it with the timing belt/water pump already taken care of and was already on coilovers with some other silly shit like LED interior lights and license plate lights so I went for it.

First thing I did, cut the hole for the UCA because I had plans for this automobile.

That was a bitch. I couldnt believe how thick the metal was. It killed two drills lol

Then I rolled the front and rear fenders correctly. The previous owner had kind of half assed it. Thank God he didnt mess them up.

Forum image

Then it was time for some better taillights and some black badges because the gold wasnt doing it for me and I hated the big amber turn signal.

Forum image

Next I blacked out the grey grill with the gold emblem up front and toss in some clear bumper lights. (Excuse the water in the grill making it look weird)

By now I was going crazy at how high this car was so I had to do something. I ordered some new tires to allow me to go lowlow (215/35/19 front and 225/35/19 rear) and then wound those coilovers down.

After getting turned down by 243509249503 shops I finally was able to get it aligned and that brings us up to now. Id like some spacers but these wheel wells are hard to work with.

Further plans are: Tint, get the leather repaired and a full detail, JP neck pads and curtains, get the steering wheel and shifter rewrapped in suede or alcantara since they arent in the best shape, get a custom exhaust made that tucks up higher since this one wont last long, install the sound system I kept from my S14, get the PS leak fixed and the AC recharged, get a 1/4" aluminum skid plate made like I have on my racecar, try to do a projector retrofit of some sort with HIDs, get some Nissan flatblade wiperblades (lol @ Oregon weather), and hopefully get the car repainted monotone a darker black. I was planning on getting different wheels eventually but I actually kinda like these once the car was tucking them.

So thats that...Ill do little things here and there to the Lexus but Id really like to get that S13 finished so I can slide it into other cars and walls and shit. Two projects is a pain in the ass to juggle Ive come to find out...

yeah these cars aren't common so adj arms are not cheap, though im glad they make em. as you pointed out, all you really need are adj toe links to get the toe corrected.

Looks good with the rear tuck just not really digging the wheels. What's on the 240?

The wheels came on it. I'm not huge on them but they work for now. The S13 has Varrstoen ES221 in 18x9.5 and 10.5

The chassis itself doesnt allow me to go lower....My front suspension basically sits on my strut towers and my tires in the rear rub the top of the wheel well. Im planning on some different wheels and raising the car some.
