please help identify kit????

hi all,
i have the exact kit in photo and need to get fog lights for the bumper any help would be much appreciated looks like maybe fabulous or garson ! im doing a respray so while i have bumpers of if i need to do any cutting to fit similar spots can do , leaningtowards brown or black? thanks
