When it rains it pours:

My car is stuck at school, the whole car wont start, and key is stuck in ignition again,

My main thought is that the alternator is completely fried, reason being, is I initially got a jump start, and then upon turning my lights on the car wanted to die, so i kept my foot on the gas, and then after a few minutes the car died after putting it into reverse

need to know why, when I put in a new battery, why my alarm unlock function wont work?

The reason I ask this is because I locked the doors, to go buy a new battery in attempts for it to start, and nothing.

I swear there is some issue with continuity, but I will deal with one problem at a time, any thoughts?

Keys stuck -> might be a bad connection on the shifter sensor. Happened to me with my Aristo.
