Having a hard time finding vents for my fenders !!!

Hey guys having a hard time finding  fender vents for my Q, I like the fenders on 33flavors Q. But i cant find much info other than name. I was thinking about having  a shop put some in, any Ideas?

You wont find his because they are custom. check out blitz thread you can either get the same fender as him of you need to make some custom stuff. 33flavors old vents are for sale from his old setup on the for sale section as well
