It's been a busy few weeks with work and finally we have taken the first steps to actually doing this properly (lol) Firstly, I've separated the centre cap from the plastic "gripper" on the back and we've weighed it up. We've calculated the weight conversion from aluminium to silver and 18k gold...lets just say that if LA offer a range of these then you're going to have to dig deep...just for the metal alone. We've also calculated the approximate carat weight of diamonds per cap and the setting costs. Only high rollers need apply! 0_0 

We're going to get the cap cast up this week and then look at getting the setting done this month.

Just wait a sec homie... not just covering the caps in diamonds BUT DOING EM IN SILVER /  GOLD!!!! WHHHAAAAAT!!!! :eek2:

We have to do them in silver or gold as aluminium is too soft to set the diamonds with. Unfortunately the precious metals are much more dense than aluminium which means they'll weigh more and cost more....! I only mentioned silver and gold as its two different options. I'm "only" going to go for silver first as it'll be a bit more cost effective to play around with.

I'm not going to give away too much on prices and costs as its up to Agi to decide what he wants to charge for them.
